Reiki Level 1 - Sandra Goodman
Course Details
This is the starting level of the Reiki healing system. This is an in depth course for people who wish to explore the healing energy of Reiki for themselves, their family, friends and even pets.
Reiki level 1 (also known as First Degree) is a very practical course and there will be plenty of opportunity to give and receive Reiki. Our aim is for you to complete the course feeling excited about Reiki and confident in treating yourself and others.
This course is one day and covers the following aspects of Reiki:
- Reiki attunement process
- What is Reiki
- The history of Reiki
- Reiki principles
- Reiki lineage
- The chakras
- The aura
- 21 day clearing cycle
- Effects of Reiki energy
- Experiencing energy
- Self treatment
- Treatments on others and guidelines
- What you may feel when treating others/ effects after treatment
- What people may feel when they receive a treatment
- Hand positions
- Benefits of hand positions
- Reiki quick treatment
- Scanning
A fully comprehensive manual covering all the above points in more detail will be supplied on the day.
On the day
Please arrive at 9.15am ready to start at 9.30am. Refreshments will be provided during the day, however we would ask you to bring lunch with you. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know.
Please wear comfortable clothes (even duvet day clothes and slippers if you wish). Layers are good as you may get very warm during the practical exercises. It is also quite common to feel cool following treatments and attunements.
Certification
Certificates will be provided on the day of the course, but a 21 day journal will be required for completion and progression to further Reiki courses.
How to book
Simply click on the 'Book Course' button. This will take you to an online booking form and will ask you for the information required for your Reiki day and your certificate. A non refundable deposit is required and can be paid at the time of booking. The balance is to be paid on the day by either card or cash.
At the time of booking you'll be asked to set up a password. This is to enable you access the private forum for this course.

Directions: We are opposite the Crewe Alex Soccer Centre next to the A500 in Shavington. If you are using Sat Navigation it will take you to the wrong end of Crewe Road. Please turn round and go over the flyover, once you have gone over the A500 flyover, you will see us on on your right.
